Ian has nearly two decades of transformational leadership experience, with a history of turnaround management, strategy development and implementation, post-merger integrations, and financial planning and analysis. His work in both operational management and business consulting roles enables him to work successfully with management teams and private equity investors.
Ian has international experience leading businesses in Australia, the Middle East, and Africa for Third Horizon Consulting Partners and Westpac Bank. In addition to managing Percheron, he is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance and Strategy, for JHNA, a high growth government contracting firm.
He is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point and served five years as an Army Intelligence Officer. Degrees include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from U.S. Military Academy, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and a candidate for the Certified Turnaround Professional designation. He is on the Board for the Arcadia Center for Sustainable Food and Agriculture.
Jeff has almost twenty years of professional service, advising start-ups, emerging growth companies, technology companies and government contractors and those who invest in such companies on overall strategy, fund-raising activities and related investment strategies, contracting and intellectual property-capture processes, organizational structure, corporate governance, corporate compliance, business development, human resources and all facets of commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions. His work as an organizational leader, lawyer, investor and business consultant roles enables him to work successfully with a wide array of stakeholders—to include owners, investors, employees and shareholders. In addition to his work in the technology and defense industries, Jeff is well versed in the needs of growing non-profits and regularly devotes his free time volunteering at and growing non-profits.
He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and served five years as an Army Finance Officer. Degrees include a Bachelor of Science in Management from the U.S. Military Academy, a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University Law School. He is a member of multiple organizations devoted to veterans’ issues and is active in SECAF and other organizations devoted to government contracting, early stage investing and technology. He is on the Board for the 98 Fund, a non-profit focused on meeting the educational and medical needs of veterans, and volunteers at the Wolf Trap Foundation.
Ted joined Percheron from a public accounting firm, where he managed dozens of clients ranging from startups to mid-size government contractors. He assists with the design, setup, and maintenance of accounting systems as well as developing financial reporting, performance measurement, forecasting and budgeting, and monthly closing processes.
Ted holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bob Jones University. He has passed all four sections of the CPA exam and will complete certification in 2016. He also is enrolled in the MBA program at Auburn University.

Gary is an experienced business executive with diverse domestic and international organizations. He has been a President and Chief Operating Officer, a business unit President, and a Chief Financial Officer for multiple government contracting companies. His portfolio of business organizations ranged in size from $4B to $25m in annual revenue. Gary hold a BSBA in Accounting from Longwood University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
