We define and agree upon design principles, identify and analyze options and trade-offs, design future state processes, develop business case and costs/benefits analysis, define organizational responsibilities, KPIs, and roles, and identify system requirements and other dependencies
  • Planning and Implementation entails defining key milestones and focal activities, identifying interdependencies, reaching agreement on a high-level road map, developing and initiating an implementation plan, and seeking continuous improvement
