Address people and organization considerations
- Who are the right people to lead this? Are they on board with the change?
- Who are critical partners to help achieve success?
- What are the right performance metrics? Key roles and responsibilities?
- People (professional development / performance management / recruitment / retention / compensation)
Address processes and procedures
- How will organizational policies and procedures be affected?
- What new policies and procedures might be necessary?
- Process Improvement (efficiency/ effectiveness/ consistency/ automation/ cost reduction)
IT, Change & Communication, and Knowledge Management
- What communication needs to be provided to employees, partners, and customers?
- How will the organization share the knowledge created with internal and external stakeholders?
- What management information systems need to be adapted to the new organizational goals?
- What technologies are needed to support new initiative?
