Originally founded as a business function of JHNA, Inc. in 2012, Percheron was rebranded as its own business line in 2015.
Percheron offers strategy and management consulting support to organizations that are undergoing large-scale organizational change or business transformation.
We work with commercial clients with revenue under $150M and non-profits to increase the value of their firms and improve their organizations. We also work with private equity firms, investment banks, and other service providers to increase the value of their portfolio companies or ready them for sale.
